- Possess valid general insurance license paper 1 & 2 but not essential

Accountabilities and activities
- Assess medical claims in compliance with the terms and conditions of the policy

To be successful in the position, you should have
- F.7 or above with at least 3 years experience in medical claim processing preferably in hospital claims
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Accountabilities and activities
- Work with Business subject matter experts to define and determine IS requirements to support future modes of operation of the Companys core system
- Analysis of Project Delivery Life Cycles for business initiatives
- Develop and document Business Requirements Specification and Functional Design Specification
- Coordinate Quality Assurance of IS solutions in preparation of signoff by Business sponsor
- Coordinate and participate in system and user testing when required.
- Analysis of system capacities and performance to ensure applications can meet business, IS and 3rd party requirements
- Develop personal internal networks and maintain awareness of changes in operational processes & procedures across BUPA companies using the Companys core system
- In conjunction with Business Sponsor/Business Project Manager, assist in the production of business cases, objectives, scope, etc
- Analyse the levels of service required for each Caesar implementation, monitor and report actuals. Develop, plan and execute any corrective action
- Work with 3rd partry providers to ensure outstanding service issues are resolved
- Test planning, execution and support business units through UAT
To be successful in the position, you should have
- Knowledge of the health insurance business and relevant financial services industry experience is advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in an IS discipline or related field plus extensive professional experience in Technical and Business Consulting
- At least 5 years experience in IT of which at least 3 years experience in a business analyst role
- Experience in liaising between Business & IS functions, including third party providers, to initiate and implement the development, delivery and support of IS solutions in an integrated infrastructure environment
- Experience in overseeing and tracking the progress of large projects and teams across all IS functions to build IS solutions
- Experience in Budget development and management
- Familiar with IS service delivery cycles & experience in adapting methodologies to achieve quality & timely solutions for the business
- Familiar with IS operational support processes including service delivery in line with SLAs
- Experience in System Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) with strengths in analysis, design & test planning.
- Excellent English skills both written and spoken, Thai, Cantonese or Mandarin would be beneficial
