Customising our Bupa websites
Bupa website pages are designed so that you can change the style, size and colour of the font used, as well as the background colour. If you wish to do so, please see the guides below.

Navigating our Bupa websites
Our websites contain many links to useful information which are either coloured green or underlined to make them easily noticeable. Links to non-Bupa websites and downloadable files such as PDF and Word will open in new windows. When your mouse hovers over these links, a short descriptive text box will appear, notifying you that a new window will be opened.
For non-mouse users and those that use screen readers, Bupa website pages can be accessed using your standard keyboard shortcuts and links are made as descriptive as possible.
Help with downloads
Our content may contain links to PDF files and you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to open these. This can be freely downloaded from Adobe at www.adobe.com.
Some of our health information factsheets will contain flash video and sound to aid the effective delivery of our information. To view these videos, you will need to download a Flash plug in from Adobes website
