• If your enrolled scheme has network medical services, the doctor list has been enclosed to you with your contract or yearly renewal documents.
• You are welcome to visit Bupa Active to search the network doctor list and Bupa Worldwide Assistance Services hospital list
  
  
  1. Registered member

     Please select "member login". Move the cursor to "search" and then "provider directory". You can either select "search by providers name" or "search by specialty and location". If your scheme includes Bupa Worldwide Assistance Service, you can move the curser to "download" for the hospital list.
      

  2. Non-registered individual member

     Please visit Bupa Active anytime for free registration as a user.

Renewal of your individual health insurance scheme and critical illness insurance scheme

• We will send you a renewal invitation letter or renewal confirmation letter (depending on the scheme) by mail about one and a half months before your membership due date each year.

  Bupa individual health insurance scheme	Your Membership Certificate, Subscription Advice and Schedule of Benefits will be sent together with the renewal invitation letter or renewal confirmation letter
  Bupa Critical Essential Care	Your Membership Certificate and Subscription Advice will be sent together with the renewal letter

• The renewal invitation letter or renewal confirmation letter will show if there will be any adjustment to your benefits. Your Membership Certificate will indicate the subscription of next year.
• To continue your protection, please pay the subscription before the payment due date
• If your enrolled scheme has medical card services, we will send you the respective medical card together with the renewal invitation letter by mail or send it upon your renewal confirmation (depending on the scheme)
