Scallops and broccoli with brown rice

Ingredients:  
Frozen scallops 4 taels
Broccoli 4 taels
Sweet corn 2 tablespoons
Brown rice 1 1/2 cups
Basil leaf 1
Seasoning for rice:  
Salt 3/4 teaspoons
Stock 1 tablespoon
Seasoning for scallops:  
Salt 1/8 teaspoon
White pepper powder to taste
Sesame oil to taste
Corn starch 1/2 teaspoon
Egg white 1 teaspoon

Preparation:

  1. Defrost scallops, wash and wipe dry. Cut into small pieces. Add seasoning to marinate for a while. Cook in oil on low heat.
  2. Cut broccoli into small lengths. Cook in water with oil and salt.
  3. Boil sweet corn in water, dry and put aside.
  4. Add water to brown rice and basil leaf to cook. Put aside.
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in pan. Stir fry brown rice then add seasoning, scallops, broccoli and sweet corn. Stir well to serve.
