| Who is eligible to enrol? |
- Any child aged between 15 days to 17 years is eligible to apply.

| How can I pay my subscription? |
- You can pay your subscription monthly or annually, according to your preference.

| How long does it take to process a claim in general? |
- It would take about 5-7 working days to process upon receipt of the claim form, original copies of the receipt and related supporting documents from doctors.

| What should I note when using Bupa HealthCare Card? |
- In order to enjoy this service, you need to complete a Hospitalisation Pre-admission Form and send it back prior to hospital admission so we can approve your credit limit. Upon approval, a Guarantee of Payment letter will be issued. The claim form should be completed by the hospital before discharge. Please note that the approved credit does not reflect the final claim amount.
This service is not applicable to excluded items, which must be paid for upon discharge. Bupa will charge members the difference between the hospital bills and eligible claim entitlements following hospital discharge (if applicable).
