Claims service pledge

• Hospital and clinical claims: completed 5 to 7 working days after we receive all the required documents.
• When you use your Bupa medical card, you do not need to make a claim.
• In 2012, we settled over 90% of claims within 5 working days.
• We paid more than 50,000 hospital claims and 1,500,000 clinical claims.
• In total, we paid out around HK$1 billion.
