You should consult your doctor to get a hemoglobin done. If you have any major bleeding which leads to low blood pressure , then your hemoglobin should drop to below 11 gm%. Another reason for anaemia at your age would be exessive menstrual blood loss.
If you have persistent recent change in your bowel habit, you may need further investigation. The cause of rectal bleeding in a young person could be due to internal hemorrhoids, colitis, or polyps. Cancer is uncommon at your age. You should consult your GP and if you still feel not comfortable, then you should request a specialist referral.
