I am 50 and got right shoulder mild pain for around 9 months. I have done examination and physiotherapy. It is osteoarthritis involving acromioclavicular joint with decreased joint space. When I took nidol 100mg, I was nearly releived. But when I stopped taking the pills, the mild pain appears again. Im considering to take Glucosamine. There is so many brands. I had no ideas which one I should choose. Would you please give me some advice? Thank you very much.

Glucosamine was not tested to treat these kind of problems i.e. no proven value. Need to discuss with orthopaedic surgeon, probably need arthroscopic surgery if long term pain-killer is required.
