• Change the level of benefits when you renew your membership
• Add or cancel any optional benefits when you renew your membership
• Add or terminate the membership of dependents when you renew your membership (a newborn baby can join your scheme at any time)
• Change your payment method when you renew your membership
• Apply for membership reinstatement
• Apply to transfer your membership when you renew it
