If you are a member of the Hong Kong Confederation of Insurance Brokers (CIB) or Professional Insurance Brokers Association (PIBA) and wish to register with Bupa, please submit the following documents:

• Business Registration copy
• Name card of a Director or the Managing Director
• CIB or PIBA certificate copy (general insurance license is required)

If you are a Company Agent, please submit the following documents:

• Application form - The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI) Form B, C and B-C (general insurance license is required)
• Registration documents – please refer to the HKFI website (82Kb PDF) for the checklist of documents
• Hong Kong Identity Card copy
• Business Registration copy
• Name card
• Registration fee (please send us the receipt of the banked payment)
