    1. Applicable to applicants aged 18 to 59 enrolling in Bupa CarePro medical insurance scheme.
    2. Terms and conditions apply. This is not applicable to hospitalisation expenses incurred by exclusion items.
    3. Child discount is applicable to children aged 15 days to 17 enrolling in Bupa Care Kid. 50% discount is applicable to "Hospital and Surgical Benefit" with both parents applying to Bupa CarePro only; if only one parent enrols in Bupa CarePro, 25% off on Bupa Care Kid will be applied.
    4. For the promotion offer, all the application forms with all relevant documents must be submitted to Bupa on the same day, and the contract effective date must be on the same date.
