“Designated clinics” means the clinics of the designated healthcare service provider where Blua Health Pass can be used. The designated healthcare service provider reserves the right to amend and/or revise the list of designated healthcare service providers / clinics without prior notice.
Specialist practice outpatient consultation (except for dermatology, family medicine, gynaecology, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, otolaryngology, paediatric surgery and paediatrics), physiotherapy, diagnostic imaging and laboratory test must be referred by a registered medical practitioner and you are required to present a referral letter issued within 90 days.
