Bupa receives Caring Company Award for 15 consecutive years

We are pleased to announce that Bupa Hong Kong has received the Caring Company Award by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service in recognition of the company’s continued commitment to corporate social responsibility and caring for the community.
This is also the 15th consecutive year for Bupa Hong Kong to receive this award, along with about 110 other companies since the Caring Company Scheme launched in 2002. In 2016/17, there are more than 3,400 companies being nominated by their social service partners as a Caring Company or Organization.
Launched by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, the Caring Company Scheme aims to cultivate corporate citizenship among companies in Hong Kong and promote partnerships between businesses and non-profit organisations as a collective effort to build a more cohesive and sustainable society.
Last year, Bupa Hong Kong partnered with the Senior Citizen Home Safety Association and through a number of staff community services including caring calls and elderly home visits. We also helped raise funds for the organization’s 24-hour emergency support and care services. These community efforts are part of what we want to achieve to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives.
