4. Where can I use Blua Health Pass?
You can use your Blua Health Pass at our designated clinics. The list of these clinics can be found on the "Blua Health Pass" page of Blua Health app.
5. How can I make an appointment?
You may use eBooking feature on Blua Health app or contact Bupa Priority Booking Hotline at (852) 8100 0456 via phone call to make a reservation for the required service. While advance booking is not required for general practice outpatient services, you are encouraged to make a reservation to ensure timely access and service availability.
6. What happens when I have used all my entitled visits?
If you have used up all your entitled visits under Blua Health Pass Plus/ Blua Health Pass Flex, you can still enjoy 20% off on general practice outpatient consultation and specialist practice outpatient consultation. Besides, a 20% off on physiotherapy (treatment fee only) and traditional Chinese medicine will be offered for Blua Health Pass Flex members.
