In the past year, staying at home to work or for entertainment has become the new normal. Bupa has launched a series of electronic measures which enable customers to access health services and handle claims easily. Bupa has extended clinical coverage to provide video consultation services to all eligible members. Members can now remotely consult with selected general practitioners through a video call about common conditions from the comfort and safety of their homes, followed by door-to-door medication delivery.
What’s more, Bupa has enhanced the claims functions on myBupa, with online submission available for both clinical and hospital claims and no limit on the claim amount. Members can complete the online submission in a few steps easily, as well as track the progress and the usage of clinical coverage. The status of the claim and medical expenses are clearly shown and easy to access in the app.
Electronic services are environmentally friendly and convenient. So Bupa has introduced the eMedical Card feature in the myBupa app to support hassle-free doctor’s visits. Members can simply show their eMedical Card at registration when visiting a Bupa network clinic.
In addition, the brand-new wellness engagement platform Bupa4Life offers a range of compelling in-app features to help customers identify health risks and set goals, encouraging them to do more exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
For a more seamless and convenient user experience, Bupa is actively developing a single-sign-on function among several apps. Members can simply use their myBupa account to easily log in to the Bupa4Life app and other application platforms from Quality HealthCare Medical Services. Whether to manage their policy, healthy lifestyle or medical experience, members can have full control and access with a single account.
