To help our members identify SMS sent from Bupa official account, we've joined the "SMS Sender Registration Scheme." Starting from 15 May 2025, we use the registered sender ID "#Bupa" when sending one-way SMS to local mobile users. If you receive an SMS claiming to be from "Bupa" and the sender ID doesn't start with "#", please be vigilant. Do not engage with suspicious links, messages, or websites, and never share personal details with unverified sources. If in doubt, please contact us immediately.
