The Express Check-in experience is expected to roll out progressively from late October across Bupa’s network of more than 20 healthcare service locations. This first-of-its-kind service — the palm scan check-in — in Hong Kong’s private healthcare sector will launch at Bupa’s flagship medical centre in Central, followed by centres in Tsim Sha Tsui and Admiralty starting in November.
Customers can simply register their identity and book medical services through the Blua Health App. Upon arrival at the designated clinic, they can verify their identity by scanning a QR code at the Express Check-in kiosk, allowing them to proceed faster to their appointment.
