Step 1: Subscribe a plan

You can subscribe through either of the following:

2: Log in to the Bupa HK mobile app and click “Blua Health Pass” to subscribe via the app

Choose your plan, simply fill in the required information and complete the payment.

Step 2: Receive your pass

Once the subscription is successful, the pass that you purchased will appear on “Blua Health Pass” page of your Bupa HK mobile app in 2 calendar days. If you haven’t downloaded the Bupa HK mobile app yet, please click here or scan the below QR code to download and register. When registering, please remember to use the same email address you used to subscribe to Blua Health Pass. The subscribed Blua Health Pass will be shown in your Bupa HK mobile app in 2 calendar days after your registration.

Step 3: Book your appointment
If you would like to enjoy a hassle-free experience without lengthy waits, you may book any outpatient consultations including general practice, specialist practice , physiotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine at any of the designated clinics and video consultation on the Bupa HK mobile app at your fingertips. Designated clinics also accept walk-in visits for general practice, but waiting times depend on the situation.
Step 4: Use the service
Present your pass together with your identification document to reception staff at any of the designated clinics . For video consultation , you’ll receive the appointment details and an individual appointment link via WhatsApp. The doctor will meet you through this link at the scheduled time. Make the specified payment or payment with discount applied (whichever applicable) at the clinic or pay online by credit card for video consultation .

Is Blua Health Pass an insurance product?
No, it's not an insurance product. Blua Health Pass is a subscription-based membership scheme that requires no medical underwriting.

When can I use Blua Health Pass?
If you do not have a Bupa HK mobile app account, please download and register. The effective date of your Blua Health Pass will be stated in the confirmation email upon subscription. Your Blua Health Pass will appear in the Bupa HK mobile app within two calendar days after successful registration and will be ready for use.
Where can I use the Blua Health Pass?
You can use your Blua Health Pass at our designated clinics or via video consultation . The list of these clinics and video consultation booking guideline can be found under the "Designated clinics and other services" drop down menu on the "Blua Health Pass" page within the Bupa HK mobile app.
How can I make an appointment?
You may use eBooking feature on Bupa HK mobile app or contact Bupa Priority Booking Hotline at (852) 8100 0456 via phone call to make a reservation for the required service. While advance booking is not required for general practice outpatient services, you are encouraged to make a reservation to ensure timely access and service availability.
What happens when I have used all my entitled visits?
If you have used up all your entitled visits under Blua Health Pass Plus/ Blua Health Pass Flex, you can still enjoy 20% off on general practice outpatient or video consultation and specialist practice outpatient consultation. Besides, a 20% off on physiotherapy (treatment fee only) and traditional Chinese medicine outpatient or video consultation will be offered for Blua Health Pass Flex members.
When will I be charged for additional fees on top of the preferential rates and payment at the clinic ?​
Additional charges may apply if extra medication or treatments are recommended during your consultation that fall outside the scope of your Blua Health Pass plan. If this happens, the healthcare provider will inform you the cost in advance. You’ll then have the choice to proceed with the additional service or decline it.
