Step 2: Subscribe a plan
Log in to the Blua Health app and click “Blua Health Pass”. Choose your plan, simply fill in the required information and complete the payment.
Step 3: Receive your pass
Once the subscription is successful, the pass that you purchased will appear on “Blua Health Pass” page of your Blua Health app in 2 calendar days.
Step 4: Book your appointment
If you would like to enjoy a hassle-free experience without lengthy waits, you may book any outpatient consultations including general practice, specialist practice, physiotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine at any of the designated clinics on the Blua Health app at your fingertips. Designated clinics also accept walk-in visits for general practice, but waiting times depend on the situation.
Step 5: Use the service
Present your pass together with your identification document to reception staff at any of the designated clinics. Make the co-payment or payment with discount applied at the clinic (whichever applicable).

Where can I use the Blua Health Pass?
You can use your Blua Health Pass at Bupa's designated clinics. The list of these clinics can be found on the "Blua Health Pass" page of Blua Health app.
How can I make an appointment?
You may use eBooking feature on Blua Health app or contact Bupa Priority Booking Hotline at (852) 8100 0456 via phone call to make a reservation for the required service. While advance booking is not required for general practice outpatient services, you are encouraged to make a reservation to ensure timely access and service availability.
What happens when I have used all my entitled visits?
If you have used up all your entitled visits under the Blua Health Pass Plus/ Blua Health Pass Flex, you can still enjoy 20% off on general practice outpatient consultation and specialist practice outpatient consultation. Besides, a 20% off on physiotherapy (treatment fee only) and traditional Chinese medicine will be offered for Blua Health Pass Flex members.
When will I be charged to additional fees on top of the preferential rates and co-payment?​
Additional charges may apply if extra medication or treatments are recommended during your consultation that fall outside the scope of your Blua Health Pass plan. If this happens, the healthcare provider will inform you the cost in advance. You’ll then have the choice to proceed with the additional service or decline it.
