Payment method
You can pay your subscription (applicable to annual payment only) and shortfall in the following ways:
1. Pay annual subscription
PPS
You can pay your annual subscription and levy by transferring funds from any designated bank account in Hong Kong using touch-tone phone or via http://www.ppshk.com . The merchant code of Bupa is "9383". Please input your 16-digit membership number and select bill type "01".
Please call 18011 for registration and 18031 for payment. In General, we'll receive your payment within 2 working days.
Online banking
If your online banking supports Bupa’s subscription payment. You may settle your subscription and levy by online credit card or bank account. Please input your 16-digit membership number and select bill type "01". In general, we'll receive your payment within 2 working days.

If you'd like to make changes to your subscription payment method, please submit the required forms 3 weeks before your Contract Anniversary Date. You can download the forms from our website or on myBupa.

Cheque
To settle your shortfall by cheque, please send a crossed cheque payable to "Bupa (Asia) Limited" to our Finance Department at 6/F, Tower 2, The Quayside, 77 Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Please write your 16-digit membership number and invoice number on the back of the cheque. Post-dated cheques are not accepted.
