Remark: "Express Check-in" is only applicable to Bupa members who hold a valid Bupa medical card with clinical benefits. Your Bupa medical card must still be valid at the time of your visit to use the service.
Cashless service
1Bupa eMedical Card is currently available for designated insurance schemes. To use your Bupa eMedical Card in Blua Health app, you are required to bind your myBupa account to your Blua Health account.
Enhanced Chinese Herbalist Benefit
1Applicable to members with Chinese Herbalist Benefit under the network Clinical Benefit in their Bupa medical scheme. All other terms and conditions of the contract/policy remain unchanged. Bupa reserves the right to change the list of designated services providers at any time.
Full cover of prescription antibiotics
Members who consult a general practitioner at designated network service providers and present their Bupa medical card, the general practitioner benefit under their clinical benefit will be enhanced to cover a full course of antibiotic treatment (no limit on the number of days, as determined by the attending doctor based on the member's condition).

Remark:
1. Applicable to Bupa members with network Clinical Benefit in their scheme. All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
2. The full course of prescribed antibiotics must be based on the doctor's diagnosis and does not include long-term chronic diseases.

Quick pre-authorisation1
1Actual claim reimbursement is subject to the medical insurance coverage and/or benefit limits of each member. Before receiving any service, members should check your benefit entitlement in your membership certificate and/or schedule of benefits. Please contact our Customer Care helpdesk for more information.
2Pre-authorisation is subject to the availability of timeslots in the clinic. Applications received on or before 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) can be approved on the same day.
