Bupa office re-opens on 27 February
Bupa Hong Kong’s office in Berkshire House, Quarry Bay re-opened on 27 February, following its closure on 13 February. To protect our customers and staff, our reception remains closed to visitors until further notice.
During the closure of our office, we completed a deep clean and disinfection which followed the cleaning guidelines set by the Centre for Health Protection, with added precautions, including a new process to clean our office twice daily to ensure that our work environment is a safe place for our people. We continue to exercise flexible working arrangements, and provide our people access to medical advice and support services for their physical and mental health.
Our customer service hotline continues to operate, but customers may experience a longer wait in response times than normal. Our customers and partners are encouraged to contact us through email, online forms and myBupa. We appreciate your understanding while we try to provide the right support to everyone during this very difficult time in Hong Kong.
