Bupa Civil Servants membership transfer
When you or your family members (if applicable) reach the maximum age limit of your Bupa Civil Servants Health Insurance Scheme, you can choose to transfer your membership to another Bupa scheme for continuous coverage. After the transfer, any pre-existing conditions that are covered under your existing Bupa Civil Servants scheme will also be covered under your new scheme.
For continued protection, you can choose to transfer your Bupa Civil Servants membership to any of the Bupa schemes listed below:
- Bupa CarePro
- Bupa Care Kid (for children aged 15 days to 17 years only)
- Bupa MyBasic VHIS Plan (VHIS Certified Plan No. S00020)
- Bupa MyFlexi VHIS Plan (VHIS Certified Plan No. F00029)
To transfer your membership, download the transfer form for the scheme of your choice at the bottom of this webpage. Then complete it and return it to Bupa by email or post. If you’d like to pay the subscriptions of your new scheme by credit card or autopay, be sure to fill in the proper authorisation form as well. You can send all your documents to:
